This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Helios anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

That's really the only way, isn't it? And what we put into our current situation to help mold our futures. [ Helios follows in behind her stepping to the side as he walks into the middle of outcropping. ] Yes I found it awhile back. It's helped me with making contact with the spirits.
[ A picnic doesn't sound too bad actually. ]
[Action, July 17th]
/Well, now that we're here, what's the first step?/
[Action, July 17th]
Ah, yes. First step. You should take a seat and get comfortable. Next, clear your mind and be absolutely silent. Finally just...call out to Nala. She should come quite quickly.
[Action, July 17th]
Or at least trying to. Every time her mind clears of one thought, another one takes its place. Relaxing has never been one of her strong suits and she sighs quietly as she chews on her lip.]
[Action, July 17th]
[Action, July 17th]
/Sorry, I guess there's too much going on in my mind for me to clear it completely./
[True enough; excited as she is about learning magic, the situations in the city bother her. Kidnappings, people suddenly leaving and appearing, Giles in the clinic...]
/Hey. Do you know how Giles ended up in the clinic?/
[She knows the story from Buffy, but it doesn't hurt to ask someone else.]
[Action, July 17th]
[ Helios wasn't expecting that question. So he stalls just for a few moments as he clears his head and tries to think of an acceptable lie. Something vague will do. Sorry Ginia but he's not going to tell the exact truth, even though it pains him not to do so. ]
A-ah an, an accident is all.
[Action, July 17th]
[She sighs a little again. There's no reason for her to doubt anything and she doesn't, but she worries and there's a feeling in her gut she can't shake.]
/Looks like a bad accident. Tell me it doesn't happen often./
[Action, July 17th]
Ah, n-no. Not...not terribly often. It-it seems the people in our apartment have been having lots of accidents lately.
[ Honestly the past month and half has been nothing but unpleasant for all three of them. ] Sometimes we just have our bad days.
[Action, July 17th]
[Ginia gives a slow nod, remember what Giles mentioned during their first conversation.] /Giles said June was a bad month for everyone. And I guess we do have our bad days./ [Some more than most.
However, right now isn't a time to discuss the bad things and it certainly doesn't ease her mind anymore. Ginia settles down again and closes her eyes, this time focusing on the environment around her. The cool air, the smell of nature, the birds chirping.]
[Action, July 17th]
[ Helios nods his expression a bit more somber when Ginia signs that. ] Y-Yes it, it was. Um, very bad, for-for a lot of people.
[ He just sighs thankful for the fact that Ginia goes right back into trying to meditate. Helios has no problems with not continuing talking about it. ]
[Action, July 17th]
There's a few more minutes of quiet meditation before she hears light wisps of words in her mind. The words are indistinguishable, but there.
Unfortunately, in her excitement, Ginia snaps out of her relaxed state and the voice is gone.]

You're doing rather well if I do say so myself. [ Encouraging smile is go. ]
[Action, July 17th] Holy HTML fail
/Thank you. Do you mind if I ask what your first time using magic was like?/
[Action, July 17th] I saw nothing!
Ah, my first time? It was...surprising and somewhat exhilarating. My mother and father always told me I had the ability to preform magic. They didn't keep our roots a secret, not at all. But it's different when you actually, well, preform it. Theory and practice you know? Two entirely different things. But even now when I hold out my hand-- [ and he will preform the action. ] --and make a fireball or preform any other spell-- [ a bright orange orb of gently undulating and controlled flames spring to life in his palm. Helios' eyes glow a brighter green than they usually are too. He smiles looking at that orb. ] --it always reminds me of that day.
[Action, July 17th]
When he conjured the fireball, her face lit up in excited delight, leaning in a little closer to see, though much to her credit, she didn't try to poke it with anything like she had with Giles' tabletop twister.]
/That sounds amazing. I bet your parents were very proud of you./
[Action, July 17th]
Yes they were very proud. I think I did well for my first time. I was only around seven or eight at the time.
[Action, July 17th]
Learning the piano. Ballet lessons. Discovering the joy of word searches.]
/You were learning magic around seven or eight./
[Action, July 17th]
Magic has just as much to do with the mind as the body. Being as young as we were we probably could produce magical spells, like fireballs and the like, but they'd probably be out of control, very dangerous. We did get to make a simple flame though.

[Action, July 17th]
[ Oh. That, that is terribly sore spot for him Ginia. Sibling, yes. He'll try not to look too uncomfortable as he looks at the surrounding flora. ]
Y-Yes. Um, just, just a brother. [ And lets veer the topic away from his own family. ] Do you have any siblings?
[Action, July 17th]
Though ironically enough, it's not her favorite subject either.]
/I have two older siblings, a brother and a sister. Twins./
[Action, July 17th]
Ah, that's nice. I do wonder what it might have been like having a sister though.
