[ The transmission is silent, for some time, but it’s most likely because Helios doesn’t notice it’s on. The sounds of pages turning in a book are the only source of noise to be recognized. He'll give a long sigh. ] Mushi seem to have disappeared as well.

Oh! It’s on- [ He sighs again because he really needs to be more wary of this thing. Why so scatter brained Helios? ]

Hm. [ Tap. Tap. Tap. ] What method or means does magic come from in each of your respective worlds? Are people naturally predisposed to having powers, or are there means to which you may gain them?

[ He doesn't mean to! ] Mmhmm! Yes! Most spells in my world require a certain incantation before they can properly preformed! So once you get the hang of that you're practically good to go!

Oh really? Your kind of spells, angellic I mean, are quite the tricky ones I must admit, but very powerful!

Only the powerful ones are really tricky, like time travel. But demons can do that too.

Are you saying youu know some though?

[folklorist]

Quite a few spells. But nothing as strong as time travel! Though that would be something. [ A wistful sigh, because he has time traveled before just not of his own volition. ]

Like what kind of spells? But I can't time travel alone...I don't even know if my stronger spells work here.

Mostly offense ones. Mm I've been having problems using them as well. [ A sigh. ] I think it's the Malnosso's doing.

Like barriers? It probably is though...they're not nice about anything.

There's that but I can conjurer up a giant light lance as a weapon. Mm they certainly aren't, but at least there are people outside this barrier who think about helping us.

Why would you need a weapon like that..? That's true, but the Malnosso still have the most power here..

Mm a good question. I hardly ever use it, really. I don't like all that violence and such but...it has been used before, unfortunately. Yes it's a shame they aren't putting that power to good use, like helping everyone here.

What would you need to use it for? I think they're too mean to do something like that though..

Ah well- [ he's just going to laugh nervously, and then clear his throat. ] Sometimes things don't go as you plan. [ His tone is bit more dour when he says that. ]

But they have given us the protection of the barrier...yet they make us fight for them as well.

Ah well- nothing! Nothing really just a precautionary measure if something does go wrong, you know?

No they really don't sometimes it'd be so much easier if they could just...tell us things!

With great power comes responsibility as the saying goes. I must admit I have had my fair share of using it for miscellaneous things, but it's better not to abuse it.

But it seems like our dear Malnosso captors aren't very keen on the word.
