This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Helios anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

[Ginia reaches out and puts a light hand on his shoulder. No harm will come to him, that she silently promises. She knows there's little she can do against a Death God, but she won't stand by and let him get hurt.]

It can. We'll keep an eye on things. Maybe... maybe she won't attack anyone. Who knows. We'll just stay on guard.

[ There's only the slightest of twitches when she does that. He gives her a grateful smile. ]

Maybe she won't. I-I'm hoping that she won't. I just don't know how long that might last.

We can only hope for the best. [And prepare for the worst.]

Any other news I should be aware of? Arrivals or changes? [Is Giles back? Though Ginia knows if he had returned, she would know by now.]

Like most things here, hm? [ Holding out hope has worked before. But maybe, just maybe, this time it wouldn't be so bad. ]

None that I know of. [ There's a small frown because he's thinking the exact samething. No signs of Giles. ]

I guess that's good in the sense nothing has exploded or there isn't more to worry about. [There's still time left for him to arrive. He could still show up. She knows she shouldn't hold on to that hope, but he could.] Did I miss the New Feather party?

[ Helios chuckles a little. Nothing exploding is always a good sign, yes.

There was still time, time that they both knew would be running out shortly. But he's holding out the hope that he will return at some point if not this cycle then the next. ]

Hm? Oh. No actually. It's on the, um, the eighteenth.

Oh, that's good to know. I feel horrible; I've barely helped out at the Welcome Center this cycle. I'll have to see if they need any help preparing food for the party. [Rest? Who needs rest?]
