This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Helios anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

[Action] <3 <3 <3!
He looks rather sick all the symptoms you might have Helios is expressing them. Pale skin, runny nose and eyes, and a very bad cough. He'll clear his throat but even then his voice is hoarse. ]
H-Hello Robert. C-Come in, come in! It's dreadfully cold out. [ Another cough as he turns away to cough into his sleeve. ]
[Action]
... At the least you should be s-sitting down... [He'd want to help Helios into a chair, but he doesn't know if he should.] Allow me to finish the tea for you.
[Action]
[ Though he is feeling slightly groggy and a bit lightheaded. Okay fine he is just going to move into one of those chairs in the kitchen. He does feel very, very ill but as if he'd say so. ]
No one else was home to make it so I-I just...did it myself. [ Have another cough or two. ]
[Action]
He goes over to where the kettle is, preparing it, but he doesn't take his eyes off of Helios for more than a few seconds.]
... As soon as this tea is finished, I am... taking you someplace more conducive for rest. The kitchen is hardly sufficient.
[Action]
The c-cough sounds worse than it is. Some tea will help. [ Helios looks at Robert with a slightly pondering look. He goes to cough his mouth for a cough that never comes. ] T-Treatment?
[ Having gone to little to no doctors in his lifetime he can only imagine what said treatment would entail. Not that he had much to hide, aside from his scars. Blood work is the one thing that gets his already pale face to blanch even more. No. No. No. No blood work would be done. It's entirely bad enough that he's already shown two people his scars. No one else needs to see. ]
[Action]
[... Don't worry, Helios, Robert has no intention of doing any bloodwork on you.
Not yet, anyway. And at any rate, he knows what it's like to not want to see any skin.So at Helios' expression, his own softens, and his frown turns a little genuinely sad.]
... Nothing invasive, Helios...
If it would help, I could... try my hand at Nala, primarily...?
[Action]
[ Another cough. ] I-I glad that you're, you're learning from her. Are you planning on trying to contact any others?
[Action]
[He hesitates with the boiling teapot a moment before doling out the fresh tea, straining any remnants of the leaves out before handing a mug to Helios.]
... To be fair, it has gotten significantly easier. Perhaps with your assistance, I might be able to contact another at some point...?
... When you are better, of course. [Please don't push yourself any more than you already have, Helios.]
[Action]
Of course. Wh-when I'm better.
[Action]
... I would... be m-more than glad.
But... please, you deserve rest... [His eyes are full of concern, as he stoops nearer the headmaster. One hand tentatively extends, almost touching the nearly-warm cheek before he arrests the motion.]
... It is clear you... have an extensive fever. Nala might... be able to assist in... bringing it down...
[Action]
If-if y-you're sure. [ Gods he did sound awful. He doesn't want to get you sick though Robert so he'll move away a smidgen even if there's an obvious flinch in his motions as he does so. Fevered thoughts. Those always cloud the mind don't they? ]
[Action]
That being said though, he doesn't want to get ill either. So he gives Helios a somewhat-wider berth, though he doesn't move totally away either.]
I am... always. Whatever I can do to help you...
...
... Would you... be more comfortable in... your r-room, for this...?
[Action]
[ Even now he looks very tired the dark circles around his eyes are doing nothing for him either. He'll just...slowly get to his feet one hand on the table the other on the chair. ]
Re: [Action]
... We will... take it slowly, of course.
[Action]
Th-thank you Robert. You really didn't- [ a cough ] -didn't h-have to do this.
[Action]
But... I wished to. That is... enough for me...
[His expression, still gentle, softens as he leans over Helios a little.]
... Now, to... a-attempt to employ Nala... [Hesitating before extending his hand, he looks down at Helios' face.] Is it... a-acceptable for me to... touch your face, for this...? I will be... trying to bring down this fever, primarily...
[Action]
Of-of course. That's, that's fine. [ He has a mixture of trepidation and uncertainty about this. But perhaps anyone would when the only other male figure to ever come in contact with your face has been an abuse older sibling and it was usually to slap him across it. No. He is not going to think about that. This is Robert for goodness sake. He would never do that in a million years. It's probably just the fever making him thinking such horrible thoughts. ]
[Action]
His mouth goes a bit dry at the act - it's a rather intimate touch, to say the least, and it's been awhile since anything like this has happened. But Robert turns his thoughts away from there with little difficulty and instead focuses on the magic that he's been taught to use.
His expression shifts to one of intense focus as he concentrates, drawing on some kind of inner energy - his mind only half-understands it, and there's a strange, euphoric blend of synaesthetic sensations as he manipulates the force. It's also physically tiring, but he'll continue it for however long it takes to break the fever, trying to picture the exact structures of Helios' inflamed body that should be targeted by the magic.
... It likely seems a tedious process for poor Helios, to whom magic is second nature.]
[Action]
He'll close his eyes briefly as Robert slowly works his own throat going dry and yet he remains vigilant to remain still for Robert to continue.
After what feels like several minutes Helios' green eyes open and he'll note the physical strain it's having on the other. He might pull away ever so slightly then. ] It-it feels a-a lot better. Thank you. Y-You don't have to c-continue if, if it's too much. I-I don't want you to get sick or, or anything like that.
[Action]
... Not a p-problem...
[And yet, his other hand is trembling slightly, as he tries to expend a little more energy to drag Helios' fever down further.
He smiles, but it's strained and a little weak.]
[Action]
[ Helios will give him a concerned look before covering his mouth as he coughs. ]
I-I don't want you to tire yourself out. [ Especially helping him. Even if his fever has gone down and he is feeling slightly better now. ] Rest. Y-You can continue later if, if you need to. But I'm feeling much better now actually.
[Action]
... I just... wish for you to f-feel... better...
[But it's true. He is tired.
So he releases the touch - oh-so-gently - and steps back to sit down.]
[Action]
Re: [Action]
... I am... g-glad...
[Almost dreamlike, as he regains his breath and focus:] If you... need anything else, ask...
