ϡ - Appointments Post

This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Helios anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

[ Helios blinks not expecting that but, well, maybe he really should have this was Alice after all. ] If you really want. I-I certainly see nothing wrong with the idea.

[ Another kiss. ] The offer is greatly appreciated though, dear.

[Alice smiles at the kiss and takes his hand.] Let's not waste any more time then. [Because now that she's put on a little show, she wants to see one too.]

Let's not. [ He'll go to start getting undressed then. Decidedly more tentative at first. But, no, they've seen each others scars. He knows that but he always fears that they'll make things difficult between them. Make thing...harder. His shame about them is something that makes him pause, not as much as he used to because he does love her, but he still...he pauses. ]

[Alice stops behind him and gently sets a hand on his. Her lips kiss lightly at his neck as her hand travels up, barely touching the scars covering his arms. She's seen them and she doesn't mind. They make her angry that he'd been injured in such a way, but she's never pressed about them. They are what they are and to her, they don't diminish his beauty or who he is in any way.]

[ Helios slightly shivers at those touches; his arms twitching but never pulling away as she does so. The fact remains that, no, she hasn't asked about them but the logical thing to have happen is that she does. And he's still not entirely certain when it will be and how he'll explain that a family member, his own brother no less, has done this to him. The pain, the hurt, the shame has always been laid bare and he's gotten better at showing her them even when he doesn't feel very deserving of such a wonderful woman to share his time with.

Still the moment hasn't come yet and he knows she'll be supportive when it does and he's so grateful to have such a loving, caring, woman looking after him here.

And so he'll lift his shirt off, wings moving to accommodate the action. He shivers as his shirt brushes feather and grazes over the wing bone and he moves his arms slightly to the ventral scars, the more hideous ones, aren't as exposed. ]

[Alice moves away enough to let him remove his shirt before she presses back in, careful not to squish his wings as she embraces him. Her lips continue to kiss along his skin, leaving little tiny dots of heat along cool skin.]

I could do this all day. Maybe I will. [She teases, fingers sliding across his stomach.]

[ Helios lets out a pleased noise his wings stretching slightly at her warm kisses trailing along his skin. The juxtaposition of temperature leaving exciting little jolts every time she plants one upon his ice cold skin. His breath hitches a little at her fingers sliding across his stomach. ]

But we still have so much to do. The snow mythica aren't going to make themselves, hm?

Very true. I am looking forward to a ride on your unicorn. [Her hand may just slip a little lower at that comment, her grin apparent against his skin.]

Yes well- [ he pauses shivering as her hands move lower. ] You're just going to have to wait.

[ He'll move to the dresser then and take out a long sleeved shirt and he'll look over his shoulder back at her. Plenty of time dear. ]

[Alice steals a kiss when his head turns toward her. She smiles and gives his thighs a squeeze before bouncing off to sit on the edge of his bed, watching him as he dresses.]

I can wait. I'm very patient. [...] No, not really, but I can wait.

Patience is a virtue as the saying goes. I'm sure it'll be worth it for both of us in the end. [ Putting the rest of his clothes on now yup. Shirt. Pants. Clean pair of briefs too. Hope you're enjoying the view Alice. ]

[Oh yes, that's a very nice view. She could just squeeze that cute little rear. However, in a show of patience and good behavior, Alice remains seated on the edge of the bed and keeps her hands to herself. Once he's finished dressing, she'll get up to latch onto him.]

Now can we play in the snow? [Because while the promise of everything after is very, very appealing, playing in the snow is fun too. The joy of simple pleasures.]

[ Helios might startle a little at the latching but he quickly laughs and nods. ] Of course! Lets not waste anymore time, shall we?

[ He'll go to the door and hold it open for Alice to go through first. ] Ladies first, my dear.

[Always a gentleman! Alice bounces off ahead of him, stopping in the hall to wait for him to catch up.] Let's make a dragon, a really big one this time.

[ Always and forever a gentleman for his Carbuncle. Helios is close behind and will wrap an arm around her waist as he walks up next to her. ] That can definitely be arranged. It should be no trouble at all actually!

[Alice leans against him as they head down the stairs.] Are you sure? I don't want my sunbeam to get too tired.

[ Helios will offer to put on her coat when they're by the front door, holding it open for her as he does so. ] You'll be there to make sure of that. Besides I'll have you helping me.

[ He gives the curve of her neck a light kiss. ]

You'll have to let me know if I'm making it right. [She fidgets nervously, feeling a touch embarrassed.] I've only made a few snowmen before. I made some nice ones that day!

You'll do fine. There's no need to worry. [ He holds her close. ] They were very nice, which is why I have no doubts that you'll do fine with this.

[ And besides Helios would never judge in the slightest anyway. ]

[Alice leans up against him as they head out into the snow, glancing up at the snowflakes falling a little more gently now.]

Snow is very... pretty. Ginia doesn't like it much, I think.

[ Helios' eyes glow slightly as a small tornado erupts in front of them making those snowflakes spin and dance around them in a silent serenade. It's beautiful in how they sparkle and shine in the light though. He'll hold out his hand and catch a few flakes in his palm. They don't melt on contact like they would with a normal person and their body heat, but they stay lightly on his hand until his breath causes them to melt.

He looks over at Alice on his arm. Her hair, eyelashes and everything dotted with pure white dots of snow. He smiles at her before nodding. ] It is. Especially the morning after when everything is coated in white and there's icicles hanging from the trees and rooftops. Everything seems to be more...purer and softer after snow. It was always so beautiful back in Romania to wake up on Christmas Day to a blanket of snow outside. [ Fond memories with a slight distance in his voice as he talks about it. Helios blinks. ]

She doesn't? Ah, well, I can't blame her. It's not for everyone really.

[Alice laughs in delight at the swirling snow, a moment of pure delighted bliss and wonder crossing over her face. Her own hand comes out to catch a handful of flakes, flakes melting away on her own warm skin.]

That sounds so beautiful... You should show me your home one day.

[Her voice is slightly hopeful. She's realistic; they can't stay here forever. One day this will all end and the most she can hope for is the chance to go to another world, to her beloved's world.]

[ Helios laughs with her unable to contain himself. Laughter is contagious after all. He'll stop when they're several feet away from the house, off to the left side. ]

I'd love to. It's...it's very nice when it snows. But in the summer it's even better when the fields around the castle are pure green and there's a cloudless blue sky above it. [ It sounds almost perfect and maybe he's romanticizing it a bit, but no, that's how it really was at times. ]

I think here is good to start building the dragon. Plenty of space.

It must have been a beautiful place to grow up in.

[Alice looks around at the area they're in and nods her approval.] What do we do first? Roll up some snow?

It. It was. [ It's not a very enthusiastic reply whatsoever but well he does try to mask it. A beautiful place to grow up in. His smile falters. No place is beautiful when you have family like Nero. But, no, he isn't going to think like that right now. Not when they're about to have so much fun and enjoy this, all this, just the two of them together. He nods his head bending down to scoop up some snow into his hands. ]

Yes that's right. We're going to need a good amount for an exceptionally large dragon.
