I'm not entirely sure on people's preferences towards cats and dogs. There's a very big gap between the two for some reason. I like them both equally to be honest. They both have their quirks and personalities after all.

I've always liked cats and dogs equally as well. I suppose it depends on the quirks and personalities you like. Then you have those that like birds, reptiles, rodents, and/or fish. A pet-type for everyone.

How do you think Giles would take to a pet dragon? [ He is so teasing with that question but not really. A pet dragon would be cool. Dragons are cool. ]
no subject
I think Giles would take wonderfully to a pet dragon. Not an issue at all. [Mostly because Giles wouldn't get a say. Dragons are very awesome. Who wouldn't want a pet dragon?]

[ He is seriously contemplating this. He is seriously contemplating it! ]
no subject
[They don't even have a dragon and Ginia is already contemplating this.]

[ He looks at the snow and then back at Ginia. He blinks and then remembers something. He'll snap his fingers. ] Ah! But in the meantime! Would you mind closing your eyes for a few minutes?

[She looks curiously at him, arches a brow at him, but complies, closing her eyes and covering them with her hands.]

Just one more second...and- [ Mm hmm some humming before a whispered 'ah ha' and Ginia might see a glowing light from beyond her hands. ]
There we are! You can look now. [ And what Ginia will see is a snow dragon staring curiously back at her head tilting to the side. It's almost identical to the one Helios made back in December only slightly smaller due to time constraints. It's tail swishes back and forth making snow fall from it in small little 'plops' as it hits the ground. ]
What do you think? Do you think Giles would allow him to stay? [ He laughs. ]

When he's allowed to look, her hands quickly drop down. For a few seconds she stares, jaw slack, eyes wide. Then there's practically a girlish squeal as her hands cover her mouth.]
Even if Giles didn't, and god knows why he wouldn't, I would insist on it! He's beautiful, Helios.
no subject
You-you don't think he'd mind? [ Sorry Ginia these are just uncertainties that have cropped up over the past few days, don't mind him. ] I-I wouldn't want to...intrude or-or upset anyone.

[Her smile fades slightly as she glances at her friend. Oh, Giles, if they only knew what was wrong with him.]
I don't think he would. And... I think it'll all be okay. Whatever is going on, it can't last forever. He'll come around, I know it.
no subject
You're right. He will and he'll probably feel absolutely terrible about it. But, but we'll just have to reassure him that it's alright, that it wasn't his fault. Everything will be alright. [ He sounds rather distant as he says that not looking or focusing entirely on anything in particular at the moment.
Worse things have happened and they're still just as close as ever, so this? This won't do anything to them, or so Helios is optimistic about it. ] What should his name be, hm?
no subject
If she were the jealous type, she might envy how close the two men were, but it's understandable a many would be close to his brother.] His name... how about Boreas?
no subject
Boreas? I think that's a wonderful name! What do you say to that, hm? [ The question is directed to none other than the dragon itself which merely nods as enthusiastically as a snow sculpture can be allowed. ] Boreas it is then.
