ϡ - Chapter Seventeen; in which one becomes a dragon [action]
[ Anyone in the vicinity of Community Housing 7 will, at that moment, hear a very loud roar coming from apartment 22 on floor 5. The glass of the windows in the kitchen will shatter and go flying and there will be some smoke coming out from the windows. Also if you come to investigate you'll see deep claw markings in the door's entry way. Whoops Helios is honestly sorry about that Frederic. He'll apologize later for the mess and for waking you up, he was just startled, hence the roar which would have been a yell but you know...translations and all. He had to leave before he got any bigger and destroyed the entire apartment. At least the houses fix themselves.
There is a golden scaled dragon in your town today Luceti and it looks vicious, but honestly it's pretty derpy and harmless. Well besides his tail, which he still hasn't gotten control of just yet. You also might feel your room shake as he walks by your house/apartment complex. He's about the size of a large house and he's wearing glass which apparently changed with his size, the Malnosso like to joke don't they? You'll also see his tiny golden green tipped wings beside his more larger golden ones. It's a clue as to who it is but he'll answer you if you ask. This dragon is on a mission, albeit a futile one. You might see him walking a bit in the woods and eventually ending up in front of the Bakery. Sweets...he wanted some and now he can't even fit through the door. He'll be sitting on his hind legs, tail curled around him and a clawed hand rubbing his chin. Indiscreet? Never, not when baked goods are concerned. He's trying to devise a way to get in there...but without doing some serious damage there are no options. No matter he doesn't want to alarm anyone so sometime later he will make his way down to the lake and there he will be, talking to himself, and staying there for the majority of well...however long this decides to last. He's honestly not going to be able to make a voice post with huge vicious claws anytime soon. Besides he can probably be heard from anywhere anyway; his voice carries nicely in this form. ]
Oh for goodness sake I don't know how they deal with being this large. [ There's a pause and a snort. ] I suppose the experiment is still going on then. [ Another sigh though it sounds more like an annoyed growl. ] But they can change their forms into humans. I wonder if I can just get that right...and then there is the ring. [ He will just be babbling don't mind the brooding dragon, lounging beside the lake, tapping a clawed hand into the ground folks. He is merely thinking and when Helios thinks it's usually good...sometimes. But you might want to watch the tail it's swaying erratically because that thing has a mind of its own. ]
((ooc; So you can meet him at any point in time! The time continuum is pretty broken in this post. While he's walking, at the bakery, or in the woods by the lake just specify I guess. Also he's going to stick out like a sore thumb anywhere he goes anyway. I'll be replying with
isthemyth for icon convenience. Also replies will be delayed since I has class~))

...I still have to tell Okita-san and Alf that the world didn't end and I'm not actually dead. Oh, and apologize to Xander for threatening him with a crossbow. And I think I might owe Frederic a new baton. To say nothing of Buffy.[Depressed Giles is getting even more depressed.] And I am sorry for dragging you all that way, Helios - I know that was probably painful.

Still. At least it seems to be over with. No thought bubbles, teleportation, or alternate lives. Even if it is a temporary respite.
Besides, you seem to be adjusting remarkably well to being a dragon.

I've been tempted to give flying a shot in all honesty. You never know when you'll wake up as a dragon next.
no subject
It's worth a try, certainly. After all, you have functioning wings and so you might as well make use of them while you can.
I would not recommend making the effort here in the village, however.

A good thing about this experiment is it at least gives me some more in depth information on dragons. I doubt there's a better way than actually becoming one.

I imagine that week you spent as a woman was equally enlightening.
no subject
Ye-Yes that was...um, very informative. More so than I would like to comfortably admit.

And I'm sure there weren't quite so many small children around the village as there have been this week. [Not the most graceful subject change, but still kind of relevant. Right?]
no subject
No there certainly hasn't been. I'm surprised there haven't been many people turned into creatures either. Though, this experiment has been rather...random. [ Oh yeah sure. Completely relevant. ]
no subject
"Rather random"? That's a polite turn of phrase for all of this mess.

...are you planning on explaining to whoever owns the Bakery just what you're doing out here?

I really was in the mood for something sweet. I can't exactly get inside with this form. [ He will return his gaze back towards you now Giles. ] Though...since you are here...would you mind perhaps picking something up for me?

And it's not too much trouble. Not in the slightest. Any preferences?
no subject
Oh not in the least. I'm glad being this large is good for something. [ He taps his claw on the ground, thinking for a moment. ] Cookies if they have, otherwise anything will really do.

[Ten minutes later, Giles walks out holding a few plastic bags, which he sets down in front of Helios.
There are cookies. Several different sorts of cookies. And a cake, and a pie.]

[ How is he going to eat this? We don't know but he will because as far as food is concerned sweets, he needs them. ]
no subject
Perhaps I could, um, toss them to you?
