ϡ - Chapter Seventeen; in which one becomes a dragon [action]

[ Anyone in the vicinity of Community Housing 7 will, at that moment, hear a very loud roar coming from apartment 22 on floor 5. The glass of the windows in the kitchen will shatter and go flying and there will be some smoke coming out from the windows. Also if you come to investigate you'll see deep claw markings in the door's entry way. Whoops Helios is honestly sorry about that Frederic. He'll apologize later for the mess and for waking you up, he was just startled, hence the roar which would have been a yell but you know...translations and all. He had to leave before he got any bigger and destroyed the entire apartment. At least the houses fix themselves.

There is a golden scaled dragon in your town today Luceti and it looks vicious, but honestly it's pretty derpy and harmless. Well besides his tail, which he still hasn't gotten control of just yet. You also might feel your room shake as he walks by your house/apartment complex. He's about the size of a large house and he's wearing glass which apparently changed with his size, the Malnosso like to joke don't they? You'll also see his tiny golden green tipped wings beside his more larger golden ones. It's a clue as to who it is but he'll answer you if you ask. This dragon is on a mission, albeit a futile one. You might see him walking a bit in the woods and eventually ending up in front of the Bakery. Sweets...he wanted some and now he can't even fit through the door. He'll be sitting on his hind legs, tail curled around him and a clawed hand rubbing his chin. Indiscreet? Never, not when baked goods are concerned. He's trying to devise a way to get in there...but without doing some serious damage there are no options. No matter he doesn't want to alarm anyone so sometime later he will make his way down to the lake and there he will be, talking to himself, and staying there for the majority of well...however long this decides to last. He's honestly not going to be able to make a voice post with huge vicious claws anytime soon. Besides he can probably be heard from anywhere anyway; his voice carries nicely in this form. ]

Oh for goodness sake I don't know how they deal with being this large. [ There's a pause and a snort. ] I suppose the experiment is still going on then. [ Another sigh though it sounds more like an annoyed growl. ] But they can change their forms into humans. I wonder if I can just get that right...and then there is the ring. [ He will just be babbling don't mind the brooding dragon, lounging beside the lake, tapping a clawed hand into the ground folks. He is merely thinking and when Helios thinks it's usually good...sometimes. But you might want to watch the tail it's swaying erratically because that thing has a mind of its own. ]

Have you been alright this week? It's...been quite hectic.

[ He will give a derpy smile, as much as a derpy smile a dragon can, at those words though. ] They're really not! At least the ones I've met. But some of them have, er, tempers and are a bit insufferable if anything. [ He is speaking of one in general. ]

That's a relief. It's a perk to getting to know them in person. Though I must say I'm rather fond of them and now actually being one...well it's almost like a dream come true. [ Another toothy smile. ]

[ He scratches his head with one claw, almost identical to his own actions of rubbing his head. Somethings don't change it seems. ]

I suppose. But...I'm rather too large to fit into anywhere at the moment. [ He looks a bit sad. ] I was going to go to the Bakery today too.

O-oh right...where are you going to sleep then? [Because she can now feel just how cold it really is outside, and staying outside all night seems worrisome.] If you want me to help you get something, I could. [Just don't ask her for meat. :|]

I'm not sure. Perhaps in the woods somewhere? Or, ah, I'm sure down by the lake would be nice. [ It's okay he's ultra heated due to being a dragon so the cold isn't too bad.

He perks up at that though, his tail swaying back and forth. ] W-Well I was going to go get some more sweets from the store. Cookies, muffins, things like that. [ Though how much does a dragon have to eat to be full? ]

But isn't the lake frozen by now?

True. But it's still wonderful to look at and it's probably perfect for ice skating! [ Well he can't right now, but he might once this is all over.

Yes dragons are somewhat immune to the cold, or at least, it doesn't affect them as much. I should be fine. [ Especially once he gets the hang of breathing fire. ]

Yes generally in my world angels take on a different form, a vessel, to protect humans around them. Their natural forms are far too powerful to be seen by human eyes, you see. [ He'll tap his chin with a claw. ] Hm. Interesting, very interesting indeed.

Wow...the angels and demons in my world just look like humans so they can blend in if they have to go to Earth.

Really? Angels have varying forms mostly with wheels, multiple eyes, wings and heads in my world. There--ah not very human looking. So they use take on a more human form and sometimes with wings.

The only different form I have is my smaller one, and that's only because I haven't mastered all my magic. And I can always make my wings appear or disappear whenever I want.

Is mastering magic in your world hard? But, ah, I think most angels are capable of concealing and revealing their wings willingly.

Not...hard, but it takes a very long time. And I can't really work on it here since I don't have a teacher that already knows all the spells.

Would they be in any books found in the library? I can't imagine spells not being written down, it's difficult remembering them completely by memory after all. [ Even though he has but then again there are still some he's not aware of or fully able to recite. ]

Well...I don't know. Since I don't know what spells I need to learn, I wouldn't be able to find the right book.
