[ Meanwhile as he's saying this, he's making a snowman outside in the eastern portion of the town since he's odd enough to brave the cold. If you're really good at noticing tiny details you'll see that the snow isn't melting as fast as it should, or not at all, within his hands he's also not very cold or showing signs of being affected. It's probably the only perk to your skin being devoid of all heat and practically corpse like. I don't like putting the blame on a certain group, most people generally don't regard their countries mythologies as anything important. I'd like to say it's because fear of the unknown or the simple fact that they don't believe they exist.
