[ There's a loud splash as someone gets dropped off by the droids...in the river by House 35. The figure that steps out from the embankment is not a familiar face. Most people might not recognize him or perhaps you saw him like this once before. But that's neither here, nor there. Yes, her. The voice over the transmission is completely feminine and most likely unfamiliar. ] Oh for heaven's sake not again.

[ Just an annoyed huff. Wonderful Malnosso, just wonderful. Once again he's a woman. You might hear him mumbling something under his breath as he tries to dry off clothes far too big for him now. Far, far too big since they were his but...well wardrobe change aside not much else has changed this time. Time to go shopping...again. This would be so much easier if he had any fashion sense whatsoever. Mumbled: ] You would think doing this once before would ruin the fun.

[ Oh silly Helios there is always fun to be had in Luceti. Awkward or otherwise, everyone gets involved. He clears her throat before letting out a sheepish laugh. Not very well known, in her tone at least, but the action should be familiar. ] Oh. Um. I'm-I'm back. Did...did anything happen while I was away? [ He realizes shortly afterward no one will actually recognize his voice like this. Derp. Still he sounds none too pleased about the ordeal. Helios will make his way towards the town in seek of more...appropriate clothing. Of course he's really not paying attention, his mind elsewhere at the moment, so...have a blonde haired woman tripping as she walks. A slight 'Ah!' for emphasis. Sad part is that there's not even heels involved this time. Trees. Who put those roots there? ]

Ah. It seems as though I was. Just my luck! [ A pause. ] Why, um, exactly are the droids dressing up and such again?

The morning after you were taken...well, we spontaneously acquired an amusement park.

[Giles opens his journal, flips to the first page, and holds it out for Helios. He should be able to read Catherin'es message still there.]

Run and staffed, by and large, by droids.

An amusement park? With all the amenities I hope? [ Oh man this news? This is amazing news. Helios is rather happy to hear it. He looks over at the journal, can't read, remember? Still he does look a tad bit more excited. ] Wet clothes aside; I do believe you just made my day a great deal better, Giles.

[ He chuckles. ] I definately have to see this.

I'm not an expert on amusement parks, but there certainly are plenty of amenities. Rides, magic performances, games, sights to see, impossibly sweet food.

Wet clothes aside? I'm glad to hear it. I'm afraid you just missed All Passions closing, though - do you, um, do you think your things back at the apartment will still fit.

It's sounds wonderful! I must go and see it for myself. It's not gone yet at least. Any case you can never go wrong with sweet foods. Although the droids in and of themselves might be the best reason to go.

All Passions? Ah that's the custom clothing store isn't it? That's unfortunate. I'll have to settle for the general shop then. N-Not that my fashion sense is all that fickle. [ Just a light laugh. He's been accused of having a poor one many a time! Just bringing a finger to pursed lips. He'll hold up both arms, slightly baggy, but...yeah no they really don't fit at all. ]

Ah...I might have to pick up a few things.

There's the issue, I'm afraid. No one knows how long it's going to be there. It has been a few days, and according to Catherine this is supposed to take the place of this month's experiment. But beyond that, I haven't the foggiest. You might ask some of the villager's who were here the last time it appeared, though.

[...okay, Giles' fashion sense is probably worse than yours', Helios, but...yeah, that doesn't work. Even dry.]

If we hurry, we should be able to get to the store before it closes up for the night, then.

Not a bad idea. I'll have to ask around then, even after it leaves. I'm not sure I believe it, but, expect the unexpected is the coined term for this place. The Malnosso are certainly strange sometimes.

[ He gives a small nod and a slight smile. ] Even just one thing will work for now. I'll have to stop by tomorrow anyway. [ And he'll just start walking towards the bridge before looking over back at Giles. ]

You'll have to fill me in on all the best attractions, so I can get everything in before it up and leaves. [ There's a slight tone of excitement in there. Such a child sometimes. ]

[Giles will hurry after him. Buffy is still missing and he's trying not to focus on the fact that Helios is a girl but, hey, life has suddenly taken a turn for the better.]

My ability to do that depends on what sorts of rides you enjoy. I would happily recommend the haunted house, though.

[ Helios will slow his pace so Giles can keep up. It's not that he's in a hurry for clothes. More like he doesn't want to run into anyone else right now. ]

All sorts, Giles! All sorts. I am particular open to most things. [ His eyes light up at that and there might be a grin on his features. ] Oh? There's a haunted house too? Those always do remind me of the castle during Halloween.

[ He just laughs to himself, his expression completely mischievous. A man who knows all sorts of folklores and ghost stories decorating a castle. The possibilities are endless. ]

Yes, there certainly is, although it...isn't what you might call a typical haunted house. Far more..."sparkling" than I would generally assign to the average haunted house. But, um, there are a few roller coasters. Water rides. A carousel. Something called laser tag. Bowling with mouse-shaped bombs. Everyone has made relatively certain that I try nearly everything.

Sounds like they kept you busy. Good. I guess I had no need to be worried then. [ Helios stops before looking at Giles. Slight confused mostly intrigued. ] Did you say mouse-shaped bombs?

Yes, I did. [He looks back at Helios, mostly confused, and this is after he's played the game.] Link called it...what was it? "Bombchu". Something from his world. That seems to be the order of the park, really - things from other people's worlds.

Including, if I may add, tea.

Bombchu... [ It sounds amusing. At least as long as the bombs are contained and no one can get hurt. ] Fascinating. Like an interactive exposition.

[ Oh man this just keeps getting better and better. ] Most certainly have to stop by now. Tea and sweets? It almost sounds too good to be true.

With chickens. [Well. There might have been some singing. But nothing that couldn't be recovered from.]

We can be over first thing in the morning. It's not as though its hard to miss, after all, and it doesn't take long to walk over.

Chickens? [ Helios still looks, yep, confused. He doesn't even know. But that claim? That gets an enthused smile. Being female bodied will not prevent him from going to this, never. ]

Wonderful! First thing in the morning then! It's been a long time since I've been to a carnival. [ And this is surely not going to disappoint. ]

Yes, the same was true for me. Most of the villagers, I should think. But everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and, um, no one's been kidnapped since it appeared.

I've heard that there's apparently even a hotel, in case you don't want to go back and forth every day.

The droids must be too busy preforming for their guests. [ He sounds way too smug about that and the smirk on his features shows it, plain as day. ]

That's convenient of them to add. I must say sometimes they do things that makes me question my...opinions about them. Like this...but I suppose there's no sense in mulling over it. Might as well make a good time out of it.

If it helps, the only one's who's opinions you should be revising are Catherine and Molly. Not only did they resolve the Battle Dome to be less, um, violent, but they're the ones who called the park up.

The Battle Dome. Ah, right, that's what all those projections were caused by weren't they? Mm. Well I suppose a little revising is in order then.

[ Just tapping his chin with a pointer finger as they steadily get closer to the village. It probably seems strange to see the female bodied Helios doing it though. ] Do you...think the bakery is open? I could use something sweet.

[ Sweets make everything better, true fact. ]

I'm afraid not. [Apologetic smile. If he'd known Helios was coming back, there would have been sweets. But he didn't. Waiting for him to come back from the dead over waiting for him to return from a kidnapping had that advantage, at least.] But we do still have some things back at the kitchen, if that would hold you over.

[ But he didn't return as a pretty blonde after death now did he? Helios will just nod. ]

I'm sure it will. Just need something to work off the pre-returning dizziness.

[And he is so very pretty.]

I'm sure I can fix some tea up for you.

[ And witty. ]

That'd be wonderful. Never can pass up a good cup of tea after all.

[But not, to some people's disappointment, gay.]

I'm sure it's been in, um, terribly short supply, lately.
