[ There’s a very loud thud as something crashes to the ground from the sky. The journal turns on from the subsequent actions of the fallen object nearby. Most likely a body, actually it is, and a cough erupts through the preceding silence. So if you're out wandering about in the woods to the left of the village you'll find a blonde haired man walking around very confused albeit chipper and amused. ]

Haha! That wasn’t the entrance I was expecting! Marvelous how snow can break a fall though! I think if it were anything else I might not have been as fortunate. Must thank Mother Nature when I get back! She always does such a wonderful job with the seasons. But, oh my, th-this place is certainly rural. I-I don’t think this is Romania, ah, no, probably not. At least not any part I'm familiar with. The mountains perhaps? I've always wanted to visit those; they're always so magnificent this time of year. [ There's rustling as if the man whom the voice belongs to is looking around. He still hasn't noticed the journal so he continues on. ]

Hmm. Hello?! Anyone out there? Ah, well as long as there aren't any Yetis here think I'll be quite all right, or those pesky pixies. They always were a fussy bunch. Something seems…a bit different though and I’ve lost my clothes too. I rather liked that outfit, a bit too cold to go without a shirt though. [ Some more silence...wait for, wait for it...bingo! Clothes have been spotted. ]

Ah hah!

[ There’s another pause for a few moments with only ruffling and shifting of fabric against skin and against one another. Fortunately our headmaster's clothes were neatly placed beside him in the snow, how nice! ]

That’s better at least I won't get frost-! What...are those. Wings?! How…how absolutely fantastic! I’ve always wanted to know what it felt like to have them! This place is getting better by the moment! I simply have to investigate now! I think I'll be needing a pair of scissors actually, there aren't any holes in the back of my shirt...

Amazing. Thank you for that. That's a lot of detail! New Feather...hm. This place...though I don't know how I feel about kidnapping residents and preforming experiments on them. That's certainly not the right way to introduce yourself on good terms, haha.

No problem! And no way, it totally isn't! We'll find a way outta here soon enough. It's just takin' a lot longer than most of us would like.

Hey, I can come get you and show you where the village is, if you want! And don't worry, if you're out there in the forest, I can find you! Five minutes tops, I promise.

Well if you keep at something you're sure to have a break through! I'm certain you'll figure it out one way or another.

Ah? Y-you would? Oh dear I couldn't possibly put you through so much trouble, especially with the cold weather. Maybe if I just..follow that stream over there.

Hehe, I like the way you think! Yeah, I'm sure we will, it's just gonna take some more time and more teamwork. 'Sounds like you'd wanna stick around for a while and check out the place though!

Hey, it's no problem! I can bring ya a scarf or two since it's cold out. 'Wouldn't want you to get sick on your first day either cuz that's no fun!

[He rushed off seconds later, but give or take a few minutes and he'll be approaching him now.]

There you are! See, toldja it wouldn't take long!

[ He's a bit surprised by the others appearance but he quickly gets over it, not like he hasn't seen weirder or anything. He simply smiles and waves back at Sonic. Walking over to the other with the sound of snow crunching with every step. ]

My you're quick on your feet, aren't you? I'm truly grateful for all the effort! [ He holds out a hand in a friendly gesture. ]

Helios Sprensonne! It's a pleasure to meet you, sir.

Hey, don't worry 'bout it! Anythin' I can do to help out.

[He shook Helios's hand and gave him a nod.]

Nice to meet you, Helios! I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog! Lucky you, you're really not that far off from the village, so I'll lead the way. Do your wings or the back of your neck hurt or anythin' like that?

A hedgehog, hm? Haha! Fascinating! It's a pleasure to meet you, I've never met a talking hedgehog before! Oh...well a little, I almost forgot about the pain for a second.

[ Just another laugh. He rubs the back of his neck a little; he also makes his wings move a bit. ]

[Sonic smiled and his wings fluttered behind him as he spoke. He also started to walk with him back toward the village.]

It'll hurt for a bit, but then it'll go away and be all right! 'Looks like you're getting used to the wings already if you're already moving them! That's good! I take it that in your world, the wings aren't a normal thing, yeah?

[ You can have Helios following in suite right behind you, his neck craning every once in awhile to observe the surroundings. ]

It's a bit odd that they managed to connect them to our nervous systems I'll admit. Oh! Heavens no, not at all! Well at least for humans they're not. [ He chuckles. ]
