[ It was an ordinary morning just like any other day would be. Friday nothing too strange about it. With the event having ended and things going back to the way they should be Helios is more than a little chipper now and welcoming to said normalcy. The cultural fair was a success at least and that's put him in good spirits. And so…when he goes to Ginia’s room to ask what she’d like for breakfast he soon realizes that said happiness is short-lived. He’ll knock on her door lightly at first. ]

Ginia? Are you there? I-I wanted to know if you wanted anything for breakfast… [ No answer. Hm. Maybe she left earlier than him to go to Cloud Nine. No. Something felt…off. He’ll grip the doorknob with a slightly shaky hand. Luminair giving him a sad cautious chirp from the place beside his feet. He’ll give the young dragon a small shaky smile as if trying to hide his worst fears realized. ] It’s alright sh-she probably just went out to, to get something to eat.

[ He swallows thickly as he opens the door and there…his stomach drops. Whispered in one disbelieving, tired, and saddened tone is the word: ] No.

[ This wasn’t…this couldn’t be happening. Everything was gone. Gone just like Giles, Frederic, and now her. The room was so empty and bare, aside a box sitting atop the desk. He knew what was in there but he couldn’t make himself walk in to take a look. Letters most likely, there were always letter it seemed like a lasting impression that you could at least keep a hold of. She was like a sister to him, almost like family, so it hurt to have to do this. Gods no matter how many times you hear of people leaving it still hurt to do this. All three gone and he feels slightly lonelier here. But he had to tell people because people had the right to know. Helios couldn't keep this a secret, no, that wasn't fair at all. He’ll bite his lip blinking rapidly as he finally moves inside and takes out his journal. There’s a shaky sigh from him as he opens it then turning on the voice function. For anyone awake at this hour they’ll have an uncharacteristic somber, shaky, voice issued over the journal network. ]

[ There is a pop from outside and it almost makes Helios jump a little if it weren't for the dulled senses he has right about now. Still he'll get to his feet quickly enough, leaving his journal on the kitchen table as he does so, and go outside to investigate.

When he sees Draco his eyes will widen slightly. ] Draco?

[Just a short wave.] I'm a bit early.

[ Not as planned. Helios blinks and then smiles a little moving over to he side to let the other in. ] Teleporting does cut down travel times considerably.

You've no idea how happy I was to discover Apparition actually worked inside the barrier. [And Draco will just step right on in...] ...where is it?

Apparation? It's like teleporting then in your world? How do you...do it? [ Because this seems much more faster what with not having to draw out any sigils. Helios will ponder on it as he lets the other inside. His slight smile turns to a small frown as he motions off towards the kitchen. ]

Right inside on-on the table. [ There's a small box filled with envelopes in there. Draco will find his amongst the others. ]

It's exactly like teleporting. [Don't mind him, he's already heading off in that direction and making a beeline for that box.] It's...well, it's quite difficult. You can't even Apparate without a license, and you can't have a license until you've passed the test, and you can't even take the test until you're seventeen. It takes a lot of concentration because with Apparition, you must clearly focus on where you want to go. If you don't focus, you risk a lot of injury. Splinching, you know.

[ He would sounds entirely more thrilled and curious if not for the occasion. As it is he follows behind Draco making to move off towards the teapot on the stovetop. ] It's something like teleporting in my world then. You have to have a clear mental picture of where it is you want to go. S-Splinching...oh, dear, that doesn't sound very ah g-good. [ He can only imagine what sort of injuries those entail. ]

I do wonder if I could learn.

It's exactly as it sounds. If you've mastered teleportation, I'd say you've already learned. Different names for the same thing.
