Well it's just...many people have forgotten that particular tale. So it's probably gotten harder for Jack to, ah, actually garner enough power to crossover on his own. Mythica in my world need the power of belief for energy and-and sometimes even sustenance. So it wouldn't surprise me if Jack hasn't found peace yet and sometimes they don't want to.
