As with my own kind, these lesser spirits are typically formless unless they choose to appear before humans. They can also be rather mischievous, particularly those associated with the wind. They are known to play tricks on unsuspecting people with whispering voices, coloured lights and shifting appearances. I feel that they may not be far off the ones you call the fae of the Seelie court.
