Yes that's exactly what I mean! If one has prior enchantments affixed to the settlement you can compound them together and use them to make a sort of fused conglomeration and network of spells.

It's sort of like what I have at the castle back home. There's a whole network and contemplation of spells that have been built up upon over the centuries.
