Y-Yes it does. Did as well b-back at home. I mainly gave these rings to my s-students. It seems the power cap makes it a bit faulty in areas that would otherwise be perfect. I-I figure though I can probably fine tune it at some point. [ He'll take the ring off and Luminair will go back to looking like his normal draconian self. ]
