Meditating? Meditating- Helios I think you may have seen my attempt at Meditation before with Ben, yes? And how well that had gone for us? As in. It went very, very poorly. Calming my mind does not come easily to me- it smacks of being idle. I need something to focus on, and my breathing doesn't quite measure up to the usual cycle of concerns and anxieties playing a constant loop in the back of my mind at any given moment.

But. Should I ever master the art of meditation? I think it would be more than worth a try.
